Sexuality is a term we use to describe how we think about our bodies and how we think about our relationships. This includes all parts of who we are, including our values and views, bodies, wants, relationships, gender, and thoughts and feelings about all of these. Understanding of our own sexuality is ever-changing and unique to each person because our sexuality is made up of so many distinct components.
